This offering weaves together the energies of the current season with your personal energy and intentions.
This journal is an energetic container to support you as you intentionally shape your thoughts, words, and actions to be more aligned with a new version of yourself.
It is a tool to help you know your inner truth and wisdom more clearly so that they may be reflected outwardly in a life that feels even more satisfying, fulfilling, and engaging to you.
A 1:1 energy healing session brings in divine support to help clear blocks in your energy field and align your energy more with higher frequencies. You may also receive intuitive messages or a spirit guide to help you on your path.

This series of healing sessions can help you heal deeply, on heart and soul levels, so that your energy more clearly resonates with your true self and you are no longer an energetic match to those limiting habits of thought, emotion, or actions.

Do you have specific area you’d like to focus on? Or maybe you’re just feeling a little off and need a little help reconnecting to yourself and to Source.
Generally, I think of energy work (also known as energy healing) as having two parts–first, removing energies that don’t belong to you and second, replacing them with energy that is of a high frequency and a match to your unique energy signature. This kind of energy will make it easier for you to be a version of yourself that is vibrant, creative, and fully alive, as well as being strong and self-compassionate enough to care for yourself when going through periods of hardship.
Each session is unique and determined by the intentions you bring to the particular session and how Source energy works with you. Source energy knows what your heart needs most and what healing would be in your highest good.
We meet on Zoom; but more importantly, for the healing work, we meet in the energetic realm. This energetic connection creates the foundation for the healing to take place and means that we don’t need to be together physically for the healing to occur.
