Do you have a specific area you'd like to focus on? Or maybe you're feeling a little off and need help reconnecting to yourself and Source.
Energy work is a process with three key steps.
First, I raise my energy so that my heart and brain are in coherence and I'm connected with the highest frequencies of love, wisdom, grace, and other divine qualities.
Then, Spirit and my guides remove dense energies that are not a match to your True Self and energies that are not yours,
These energies are then replaced with high-frequency energy matching your unique signature. This energy empowers you to be a vibrant, creative, and fully alive version of yourself, capable of self-compassion during challenging times.
Each session is unique and determined by the intentions you bring to the particular session and how Source energy works with you.
Source energy knows what your heart needs most and what healing would be in your highest good.
Our meetings take place on Zoom, but the healing work is in the energetic realm.
This unique connection allows healing to occur regardless of physical proximity, offering you the flexibility to receive healing from the comfort of your own space.
Sacred Seasons: custom spiritual journals
Custom-made Sacred Seasons journals weave together the energies of the season with your personal energy and intentions.
This journal is an energetic container to support you as you intentionally shape your thoughts, words, and actions to be more aligned with a new version of yourself.
It is a tool to help you know your inner truth and wisdom more clearly so that they may be reflected outwardly in a life that feels even more satisfying, fulfilling, and engaging to you.
A 1:1 energy healing session brings in divine support to help clear blocks in your energy field and align your energy more with higher frequencies. You may also receive intuitive messages or a spirit guide to help you on your path.

Custom Mixed Media Art & Books
My mixed media art and handcrafted books support people in their spiritual practice.
You set an intention—maybe you want to be reminded of your true divine nature or support in calling in a specific divine quality, such as peace, strength, or love.
I create sacred space and invite Spirit to guide me through the process of creating your artwork or book based on your unique energy signature and intentions.
This unique artwork is a transformational tool that interacts with your energy field and Source. It reminds you of who you truly are and your direct connection to Source. It helps you embody the next highest version of yourself.
