Isn’t this freedom?

Blue bugloss flowers blooming in the foreground. Many plants and trees in the mid and background.

Quiet moment in the garden.

The bees are hard at work but too shy to be photographed.

Bugloss leaves are used in herbal medicine and its long taproot as a dye.

When the bees are finished feasting I'll gather the root and begin a slow dye experiment.

There’s something about this rhythm I love… listening, noticing, responding, working with nature's timing.

Isn’t that a kind of freedom?

May we all be free,

Marika
